On March 15, Cherkasy State Technological University celebrated its 64th birthday since the day of its foundation, counting from the date of creation of the Cherkasy General Technical Faculty of the Kyiv Technological Institute of Food Industry – March 15, 1960.
More than 3,000 foreign students more than 80 countries, including China, Vietnam, Syria, Iraq, Nepal, India, Palestine, Jordan, Asia, Africa, Latin America, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Israel, Germany, Turkey studied at Cherkasy State Technological University.

International cooperation with IBSU University
Honorary Professor of the Cherkasy State Technological University Aydin NOVRUZOV, on behalf of the rector of the Cherkasy State Technological University, Professor Oleh HRYHOR, held a meeting with the management of the IBSU University, Tbilisi (Georgia). As part of the meeting, a vector of international cooperation between universities was agreed upon and a memorandum on cooperation was signed.

Study Abroad Aide has the most comprehensive database of universities in the world, which had 1.6 million visitors in 2022.
The Best Value University rating is the second most important rating after Best University published by the Study Abroad Aide. It focuses on the combined factors of affordability and academic reputation. The rankings assess 8060 private and public higher education institutions in 69 countries.
Cherkasy State Technological University has achieved the following recognitions:

An Educational-scientific center for foreign students conducts the set of foreign citizens to the Cherkasy state technological university.
Examinations are now conducted both in the university, and remotedly for those who can’t cross a state boundary. Examinations conducted on a bachelor and master’s degree qualifying levels.
During realization of introductory tests all requirements and rules are observed.
Due to the successfully conducted introductory tests in the distance format to the Cherkasy state technological university a lot of foreign citizens are included in 2023-2024 academic year. We welcome new foreign students and hope for further collaboration with partner organizations and increase of amount of persons interested to study in Cherkasy state technological university.

Aydin NOVRUZOV, Professor Emeritus of Cherkasy State Technological University, and Ali UGUR, General Director of the «Birey» network of educational institutions, had a meetingin Antalya. The discussion topics included launching joint language courses by Cherkasy State Technological University and educational institutions in Turkey teaching Ukrainian and English. A perspective was articulated that students who have completed these courses should be given an opportunity to start participating already in their first year at Ukrainian universities, namely at ChSTU. A memorandum will be signed shortly with the participation of the rector of the university, Professor Oleh HRYHOR.
