Procedure for admission to study of foreigners

1. To enroll in Cherkasy State Technological  University, please send an email to [email protected]

scanned copies of the following documents:

·            passport;

·             photos;

·        previous education documents, the original and notarized copies translated into Ukrainian (previous education documents must be legalized in accordance with the legislation of the country in which they were issued);

·            questionnaire;

·             consent to the processing of personal data.

2. After reviewing these documents and making a positive decision by the University, the original
Invitation to Study is sent, based on it the Consular Office of Ukraine abroad is issued a study visa. 

3. Foreign citizens arriving for studying must have with them:

·                a complete set of documents on previous education (originals) with information about the assessment system according to which grades are issued. Previous education documents must be legalized in accordance with the legislation of the country in which they were issued (apostille or consular legalization);

·                medical certificate issued no later than three months before arrival in Ukraine;

·                birth certificate.

4. A foreign citizen must inform the University in advance of the arrival date and flight number for meeting at the airport (checkpoints across the state border).

5. A foreign citizen must arrive in Ukraine no later than 40 days before the visa expires.
